The CFA Level 2 exam consists of item set questions consisting of vignettes with accompanying items. The CFA Level 2 paper-based exam duration is 6 hours. The computer-based version will be approximately 4.5 hours.
CFA Level 3
After you complete CFA Level 2 exam, you can come for CFA Level 3 exam. It requires you to demonstrate mastery of all content areas and be able to apply their skills to the planning and management of portfolios. CFA Level 3 exam consists of item set and constructed response (essay) questions. Its paper-based exam duration is 6 hours. The computer-based version will be approximately 4.5 hours.
