If you take your exam and failed in 3 months, send your failed score report, then you can have payment refund or choose another exam insead of failed exam payment refund.
3. Full Refund for Failed Exam
Full Refund for your failed exam only. Some customers purchased multiple products in one order, but when failed one of them, he/she asked for the full refund of the whole order. It is unreasonable. Killtest will give full refund of your failed exam.
4. Full Refund only If you failed
Full Refund only if you failed your IT exams with Killtest products. Someone asked for refund because some others, such as his/her friend failed. Killtest full refund policy is only for the customers who purchase our products and failed in 3 months.
5. Full Refund Does Not Apply to Certain Vendors
The full refund policy of Killtest is not applicable to some special vendors (such as Microsoft, Huawei, Salesforce, DELL EMC and Fortinet), because these vendors change their exams questions frequently. If you fail these vendors exams, you can choose to get the update or change another two exams for free.
We still understand the effort, time, and money you will invest in preparing for your certification exam, which makes failure in the exam really painful and disappointing. Although we cannot reduce your pain and disappointment but we can certainly share with you the financial loss. Killtest has full confidence to help you prepare for your IT exams well.
This means that if due to any reason you are not able to pass the actual exam even after using our product in 3 hours, we will reimburse the full refund of the failed exam you spent on our products.
