Certification Preparation Support & Refund Policy
Killtest provides independently developed certification-preparation materials for studying, revision, self-evaluation, and more effective preparation. Eligible purchases may receive conditional refund support under this Policy. This is not a promise of a passing result, certification, employment, or a particular learning outcome.
Refund Requirements
We can review a request only if every requirement below is met:
- Exam date: take the applicable exam at least 7 calendar days and no more than 30 calendar days after purchase. An exam taken before the first 7 calendar days have passed is not eligible because there may have been insufficient time to use the materials.
- Submission date: request a refund within 7 calendar days after the exam.
- Score report: provide an official report that clearly lists your name, the exam name or code, the exam date, and the result.
- Name consistency: the report name must match the purchaser’s name or account information.
- Product relevance: the purchased preparation product must match the exam.
- Purchaser request: the original purchaser must submit the request. This Policy does not cover resources used by a friend, colleague, employee, family member, or another person.
Multiple Products and Timing
When one order contains several products, only the actual amount paid for the particular product directly related to a qualifying exam may be considered. Discounts, package pricing, and promotions are allocated proportionately for an approved refund. Exams taken fewer than 7 calendar days after purchase or more than 30 calendar days after purchase are not eligible; exams taken from 7 through 30 calendar days meet the timing requirement.
Product Conditions and Compatibility
Some products may have different refund terms due to update schedules, content-maintenance needs, or product features. Any special restriction is disclosed on the product page before purchase. Depending on the product and circumstances, qualifying customers may receive updated resources or another support arrangement.
Practice software and technical tools are supplementary aids. Installation trouble, operating-system or device incompatibility, antivirus or security restrictions, and browser or network configuration issues do not alone justify a refund. We will offer reasonable technical assistance or an alternative access method where feasible.
How to Apply
Send a request to [email protected] with your order number, registered email, product name, exam name or code, exam date, official score report, and a short reason. Information provided for review is used only to assess the request and handled under our Privacy Policy.
Once we have the complete required material, a review normally takes 1 to 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; actual arrival time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
Limitations and No Result Guarantee
This Policy does not apply if the eligibility period has expired; the score report is altered, unverifiable, or inconsistent with order information; the purchaser did not take the exam; the product does not match the exam; different refund terms were disclosed before purchase; the customer violated the Terms; there is evidence of account sharing, unauthorized distribution, copying, resale, chargeback abuse, or fraud; or an exam result was cancelled or invalidated for misconduct or breach of exam-provider rules. Each eligible purchase may receive only one approved refund under this Policy.
Certification exams are independently managed by third parties. Killtest cannot control questions, scoring, content updates, personal performance, or certification decisions. We offer independent study resources and, unless expressly stated otherwise, have no affiliation with, endorsement from, sponsorship by, authorization from, or approval by any certification body. Progress and outcomes can differ based on preparation, experience, study time, and other personal factors.
Updates
Killtest may update this Policy when necessary. The version effective when an order was purchased ordinarily applies, unless a later version is more favorable to the customer.
