These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Killtest website, account registration, purchases of digital products, learning resources, and related services.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Killtest, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using this website.
2. Company Information
Killtest.com is operated by HONG KONG UNILEARN LIMITED, with its business address at NO. 1210, 12/F, TOWER 2, SILVERCORD, 30 CANTON RD, TSIM SHA TSUI, HONG KONG. In these Terms, “Killtest,” “we,” “us,” and “the website” refer to HONG KONG UNILEARN LIMITED and the Killtest.com website and related services it operates.
3. Services
Killtest is an independent IT technology and certification learning-resource platform. Our services may include IT and certification study materials, topic explanations and revision resources, independently prepared practice questions and mock examinations with answer explanations, online learning and knowledge-assessment tools, access to purchased digital content, and related certification-preparation support.
Killtest focuses on learning and knowledge assessment and does not provide access to confidential examination content. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a purchase provides limited access to and personal use of digital content, not ownership of that content or its intellectual-property rights.
4. Independence and Learning Outcomes
Killtest operates independently. Unless expressly stated in writing, Killtest is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any certification body, examination provider, technology vendor, or trademark owner mentioned on the website. Certification names, exam codes, company names, and trademarks are used solely to identify the relevant certification or learning topic and remain the property of their respective owners.
Our resources are for study, revision, self-assessment, and examination preparation. They are not official courseware, official training, or official examination materials. Killtest does not guarantee that you will pass an examination, obtain a certification or professional qualification, achieve a particular score or learning outcome, or obtain employment, promotion, or other commercial opportunities.
5. User Accounts
You must provide accurate account and order information and keep your login credentials secure. Accounts are for the purchaser’s personal learning use only. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, or give unauthorized third parties access to an account.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for a breach of these Terms, account sharing or transfer, fraud, abuse, unusual transactions, false or malicious chargebacks, intellectual-property infringement, attempts to bypass payment restrictions or security features, bulk scraping or copying, or conduct that harms the lawful rights of the website or other users.
6. Digital Product Delivery
Killtest products are principally digital products and online access services; physical shipping is generally not involved. After successful payment and confirmation by the payment system, purchased content may be made available through your account, order page, learning center, or another digital-delivery method stated on the product page. Access may begin immediately after successful payment.
You are responsible for having the device, browser, network connection, and account conditions needed to use the content. Access difficulties caused by your device, network, browser settings, or account actions do not constitute non-delivery, although we will provide reasonable assistance where practicable.
7. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers supported by the website. Killtest does not directly store complete card numbers, security codes, or complete payment-card credentials. When placing an order, you must ensure that your payment and billing details are accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that the product, exam code, price, and access period meet your needs.
Refund requests are reviewed under the Certification Preparation Support & Refund Policy. Special refund conditions clearly disclosed on an order or product page before purchase also apply to that order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
8. Access Licence and Intellectual Property
Subject to compliance with these Terms and successful payment, Killtest grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased content. Without written permission, you may not copy, republish, scrape, extract, sell, rent, redistribute, upload, use the content for third-party training, publishing, or commercial purposes, remove rights notices, or use Killtest content to build a competing product or service.
Killtest’s original content, practice materials, answer explanations, knowledge summaries, content arrangement, page design, and software features belong to Killtest or the applicable lawful rights holders.
9. Examination Integrity and Prohibited Content
Killtest does not knowingly provide leaked, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or confidentiality-breaching examination content, and does not provide tools for examination cheating. You may not request, upload, distribute, sell, or exchange unauthorized examination materials, leaked or confidential exam content, materials obtained in breach of a non-disclosure agreement or examination-provider rules, cheating tools or services, material that infringes third-party rights, or other unlawful content through Killtest.
Independently written practice questions, mock examinations, knowledge checks, and answer explanations used for lawful study and examination preparation are not prohibited content.
10. Copyright Complaints and Privacy
Killtest respects third-party intellectual-property rights. Copyright and intellectual-property complaints are handled under the DMCA & Copyright Policy. Personal information is collected, used, retained, and protected under the Killtest Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Killtest makes reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate learning resources, but does not guarantee that all content is always complete, accurate, current, or error-free. The website and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Killtest is not responsible for a failure to pass an exam or obtain certification, an unmet learning outcome, changes to third-party examination policies or requirements, device, network, or browser issues, failures of third-party payment or technical services, interruptions beyond our reasonable control, or personal, professional, or commercial decisions made in reliance on learning content. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Killtest’s total liability for a dispute will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product directly giving rise to the dispute.
12. Changes to Services and Terms
Killtest may update, modify, replace, or discontinue the website, services, or portions of digital content for maintenance, technical, security, legal, compliance, or operational reasons. We may also update these Terms by publishing an updated version on the website. For completed orders, the product description, refund policy, and related terms in effect at purchase apply unless a later version is more favorable to you.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or non-contractual obligation arising out of or relating to Killtest, an account, an order, a digital product, or any related service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
14. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure or delay by Killtest in exercising a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Certification Preparation Support & Refund Policy, the DMCA & Copyright Policy, and product-page rules expressly applicable to an order constitute the agreement between you and Killtest concerning the website and related services.
