These Terms apply to your use of Killtest.com and its related services, including registration, digital purchases, and learning resources. Using the website, opening an account, or placing an order means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the website.
1. About Killtest
Killtest.com is operated by Killtest. “Killtest,” “we,” “us,” and “the website” in these Terms refer to Killtest and its website and related services.
2. Services and Independent Status
Killtest is an independent IT and certification learning-resource platform. Services may include study material, topic reviews, revision resources, independently developed practice questions and mock exams with answer explanations, online learning and assessment tools, purchased digital-content access, and other certification-preparation support.
We provide study and knowledge-assessment resources, not confidential exam content. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, an order grants only a limited right of personal access and use; it does not transfer ownership of the content or its intellectual-property rights.
Killtest is independent from certification bodies, exam providers, technology vendors, and trademark owners. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, endorsed by, or officially connected with them. Their certification names, exam codes, company names, and trademarks are used only to identify relevant study subjects and remain their property.
Killtest resources are not official training, official courseware, or official exam material. We make no promise that a user will pass an exam, receive a certification or qualification, obtain a certain score or learning result, or secure employment, promotion, or another commercial benefit.
3. Accounts
Provide true and current account and order information and keep access credentials secure. An account is for the original purchaser’s personal study use only. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, or allow an unauthorized third party to access it.
We can suspend, limit, or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, account sharing or transfer, fraud or abuse, abnormal transactions, false or malicious chargebacks, IP infringement, attempts to evade payment or security controls, bulk scraping or copying, or conduct harming Killtest, the website, or other users.
4. Digital Delivery and Payments
Our products are mainly digital products and online access services, rather than physical goods. Following confirmed payment, content may be supplied through your account, an order page, a learning center, or another delivery method stated on the product page. Access may begin immediately.
You are responsible for suitable devices, browser settings, network access, and account conditions. A problem caused by your own device, connection, browser setup, or account action is not a failure to deliver, though we will assist reasonably where we can.
Supported third-party payment providers process payments. Killtest does not directly store complete card numbers, security codes, or complete payment-card credentials. You must ensure that billing information is accurate, you may use the selected payment method, and the product, exam code, price, and access term are appropriate for you.
Refunds are reviewed under the Certification Preparation Support & Refund Policy, together with any special refund terms clearly disclosed before purchase on the relevant product or order page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to the provider’s, issuer’s, or financial institution’s timing.
5. Licence and Intellectual Property
After payment and while you comply with these Terms, Killtest grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use purchased content. Without written consent, you may not copy, republish, scrape, extract, sell, rent, redistribute, upload, use the content for third-party training, publishing, or commercial purposes, remove rights notices, or use Killtest content to create a competing service.
Original Killtest content, practice materials, answer explanations, knowledge summaries, arrangement, page design, and software functions are owned by Killtest or applicable lawful rights holders.
6. Exam Integrity
Killtest does not knowingly offer leaked, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or confidentiality-breaching exam content and does not provide cheating tools. You may not request, upload, share, sell, or exchange unauthorized exam materials; leaked or confidential materials; information obtained contrary to an NDA or provider rules; cheating tools or services; material that infringes third-party rights; or other unlawful content through Killtest. Independently authored practice questions, mock exams, knowledge tests, and answer explanations used for lawful study are not prohibited content.
7. Copyright, Privacy, and Liability
We respect third-party intellectual property; complaints are handled under the DMCA & Copyright Policy. Personal information is handled under the Killtest Privacy Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our resources useful and accurate but do not guarantee they are always complete, current, accurate, or error-free. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent legally permitted, Killtest is not responsible for exam or certification results, expected learning outcomes, third-party policy changes, device/network/browser problems, third-party payment or technical failures, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or decisions made in reliance on our content. Unless mandatory law requires more, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the product directly related to that claim.
8. Updates, Law, and Contact
Killtest may change, replace, update, or stop the website, services, or digital content for maintenance, technical, security, legal, compliance, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Completed orders remain governed by the product description, refund policy, and related terms effective at purchase, unless later terms are more favorable to you.
These Terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes must be submitted to its competent courts unless mandatory law says otherwise. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Certification Preparation Support & Refund Policy, the DMCA & Copyright Policy, and applicable product-page rules make up the agreement between you and Killtest.
